FAQs

We print with materials selected for the part’s use-case (strength, heat resistance, outdoor durability, and finish). Common materials include PLA/PETG for general-purpose items and engineering-grade materials (such as ASA or nylon blends) for higher heat and outdoor exposure. Each listing notes the material used for that specific product.

Our prints are functional, finished, and ready to use. Because 3D printing is a layered manufacturing process, minor layer lines or small surface variations can be normal—especially on curved areas. We tune our settings for clean results, but slight differences can occur between prints.

Most physical items are made to order. Processing time varies by product and current order volume, but typical turn-around time is 24 hours before shipment. Once shipped, delivery time depends on the carrier and your location. You’ll receive tracking as soon as it’s available.

We do not ship internationally, sorry.

We do not accept returns on physical or digital products. All items are tested before being shipped. In the event of shipping damage, these issues will be handled on a case by case basis.

Because digital files are delivered instantly, digital downloads are typically non-refundable. If you have trouble accessing the file or you believe there’s a technical issue with the model, contact us and we’ll help troubleshoot or provide an updated file when applicable.

You’ll need a 3D printer and slicing software (such as Bambu Studio, PrusaSlicer, Cura, etc.). After downloading, import the STL into your slicer, choose your printer/profile settings, and generate the print file (e.g., 3MF/G-code). If you’re new, we recommend starting with default profiles for your printer and material.

Unless a listing specifically includes a commercial license, STL purchases are for personal use only. That means you can print for yourself, but you may not resell printed parts or redistribute/sell the file. If you want a commercial license, contact us for options
